At Winners' Camp, we teach through experiential learning—hands-on activities in group settings, teams, and outdoor environments like ropes courses. Teens don’t just hear lessons—they live them.
Each challenge is followed by a guided debrief, where campers reflect on their experiences, draw connections to real-life situations, and identify what they can change or apply moving forward. This process turns each activity into a powerful tool for personal growth and leadership development.

The moment-to-moment, hour-to-hour, piece-by-piece of our program has been mindfully created and is carefully curated. We move from low energy to high, individual pieces, paired activities, team events to all camp pieces, music is specifically chosen, volume precise. All these elements follow the natural breath of the day; click here for a glimpse into a day at Winners' Camp!
Cellphones aren’t allowed at Winners’ Camp, we want campers to fully unplug from distractions and immerse themselves in the experience. Without screens, they can connect more deeply with others, build meaningful friendships, and stay present in each moment. It’s about creating a space where personal growth, confidence, and leadership can thrive—without the noise of social media or constant notifications.
We know that cell phones are a distraction. Cell phones that are brought will kindly be removed, kept safe and returned on the last day of camp. You can help by talking to your child before they leave for camp and telling them that there is always someone they can reach out to and they can always use the camp phone to call you.
Another issue with cell phones is that many of them have built-in cameras that can be used to photograph other campers and then be posted on the web; we take the privacy of our campers very seriously and choose to avoid these unfortunate byproducts of cell phone use by prohibiting cell phone use.
