Our mountaintop setting isn’t a campground — it’s a leadership partner. For decades we’ve hosted schools, universities, faith groups, nonprofits, and teams who step away from daily life to build trust, vision, and connection.
Our site atop Kamehame Ridge offers more than a place to gather — it’s a space designed for growth, clarity, and shared purpose. With a well-developed program rooted in experiential learning, we offer workshops, team challenges, and our ropes course. Just as important, we see every retreat as a partnership: we listen to your goals and co-create an experience that helps your group step away from the hustle and bustle, recharge, and return stronger together.

Our camp provides a focused setting for schools, universities, and youth groups to step away from daily distractions. From one-day leadership events to Freshmen Overnighters and multi-day programs, we combine proven workshops, team challenges, and ropes course experiences with a spirit of partnership that supports educators in helping students grow stronger together.

Our site offers a peaceful retreat with valley and ocean views — a welcome change from the hustle and bustle. Alongside your team, we create tailored experiences that may include communication workshops, conflict resolution, or ropes course challenges, always partnering with you to design a retreat that meets your goals.

Our ridge-top setting gives community organizations and sports teams the space to connect and recharge. Through available trust-building activities, problem-solving challenges, and ropes course experiences, we collaborate with you to create meaningful outcomes that leave your group more united and empowered.
"We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to hold our annual staff retreat at Winners’ Camp. The remote setting on Kamehame Ridge allowed our team to fully step away from our daily routines and focus on meaningful team building, strategic planning and connection. By the end of the day, everyone left feeling more aligned and closer to one another than before
The facilities at camp were exactly what our team needed for our retreat. The location was conveniently accessible for all of our staff and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate breakout groups and thoughtful group discussions. We especially appreciated being surrounded by nature as the outdoor setting brought out a great energy from the staff. The views from the top of the ridge were beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for both our lunch and pau hana. Jeanette and her family went above and beyond to take care of our team, offering thoughtful service and a custom experience that met our needs. We’re deeply grateful for their care and hospitality."

"Winner's Camp was the perfect place for our groups of student leaders. It felt like a little refuge on the mountain top and the perfect place for reflection, community building and continued explorations of Waimànalo and Maunalua. Jeannette and her 'ohana exemplify care and were right alongside us to support and engage throughout the learning. It truly felt like our home for the week, and provided a beautiful space for us to shape our new experiences into new understandings and skills. "

This is a letter of commendation and gratitude for the Oahu Winners' Camp. You certainly helped us out by feeding us good meals, doing your best to accommodate us, and dove-tailing your ropes courses with our "First Things First" curriculum and theme with Aloha Christian Camp. We were blessed to be there, felt safe, and were able to help our youth to have a good all-around summer experience. Thanks for doing your part, and by going "above and beyond" the call of duty. We appreciate what you have done for us, and look forward to being with you for ACC26.
— Gary Lyons, President, Aloha Christian Camp
We were so fortunate to stay at Winner's Camp for our Research Scholars, Hawai‘i Program during Summer 2025. The space provided the perfect environment for community building - whether bonding over their research projects, spontaneous jam sessions, or pick-up basketball games - the students had a safe place in every corner to be kids! While the facilities supported our goals, it was the warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly made it special. And the food was a highlight—students couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and home-cooked with love every meal was. It became an unexpected but powerful part of the experience, helping students feel cared for and at home.
