Welcome Dime Basketball!

This form is for Dime Basketball athletes and parents attending the upcoming team-building retreat at Winners’ Camp.


Please submit one form per participant. Parents/guardians must complete this form for minors.


* Please remember to bring covered shoes & a water bottle. It has been cold up in the mountains this past week (60's at night) please remember to bring a sweater for the evening.
